Do you remember when you were in university, and went bar-hopping with all your fellow student friends? Well, a Quilt Shop Hop is sort of like that, except for all the beer! The more shops, the better.
There are four local quilt shops that participate. The four shops are:
- Creative Sisters Quilt Studio, Kitchener, link here
- The Quilt Place, Shakespeare, link here
- Ye Olde Fabric Shoppe, Stratford, link here
- Reichard's, St. Jacobs, link here
You get your passport stamped in each one, and pick up another piece of a fabric puzzle, which makes into something interesting. Hopefully you also come home with a bunch of new gadgets or fat quarters at the same time. Each quilt store is wonderful to see, and one needs a reason like this to get out to four at once. I hadn't been to the quilt store in Stratford, so it was a treat to be there. I had heard their fabric selection was fabulous, and this turned out to be true.
Can't wait for the next one!
